Prove Your Offer at Small Scale
Before you scale, prove. Scaling a broken process just breaks it faster. Start small, get consistent results, then expand.
What to prove before scaling:
- Target market fit: Are you reaching the right people?
- Messaging resonance: Do they respond to your value prop?
- Offer attractiveness: Will they book a meeting or buy?
- Conversion rates: What's your lead-to-meeting-to-close ratio?
Rule: Don't scale past 100 emails/day until you have consistent positive replies and at least one meeting booked per 50 emails sent.
